This is work in progress… but it works quite nicely already.  My software is able to control the temperature of the mash tun according to a pre-defined schedule that can be saved and loaded from within the interface.  The graph on the far right plots the actual temperatures from the temperature probe attached to an Arduino Micro-Controller.   It is also possible to tune the PID controller on the fly…

  • plotting the temperatures during a decoction mash in the graph
  • controlling the temperatures of fermentation according to a given schedule
  • graphing the temperatures of a number of fermentation vessels
